Los Altos Psychiatrist Office

Our Los Altos office is conveniently located in Los Altos at the Loyola Professional Building on Fremont Ave. There is convenient parking on site and has two excellent coffee shops across the road.

The office is easy to get to from Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara and Palo Alto.

Getting Here

The office is at the Loyola Professional Building at the junction of Fremont Ave and Miramonte Ave and it has convenient parking on site. See the map below.

From 85:
Exit Fremont Ave and turn toward Los Altos (right if you are traveling south, left if you are traveling north)
Go just over a mile and you will see 1000 Fremont on your left.

From 280 Northbound:
Take exit 13 for Foothill Expressway toward Grant Road.
Turn right on Foothill Expressway.
Use the right lane to take the Fremont Ave ramp to Miramonte Ave/Loyola Drive.
Take a sharp right onto Loyola Drive.

From 280 Southbound:
Exit Magdalena Ave
Turn left onto Magdalena Ave
Turn right onto Foothill Expressway to Fremont Ave
Take Loyola Drive Exit
Turn left onto A Street
Turn right onto Fremont Ave

Clinicians

There are two clinicians in the Los Altos office –

Dr. Peter Forster, a UCSF-affiliated psychiatrist, and the Clinical Director of Gateway Psychiatric Services, who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of adult depression, bipolar, anxiety, panic disorders, phobias and stress reactions.
Dr. Jasmine Teleki, a Clinical Psychologist with an expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence based treatments of mood and anxiety disorders. Dr. Teleki is an Adjunct Faculty at Palo Alto University where she teaches undergraduates and serves on the Board of Directors for the Santa Clara County Psychological Association.

Scheduling

There are no administrative staff in our Los Altos Psychiatry office. You must make an appointment before coming to the office. For information about becoming a patient please review the information on the Beginning a Consultation page.

Dr. Forster sees patients in Los Altos on Fridays, and Dr. Teleki has a full-time practice in the office (she sees patients Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday).
